Do you pay businesses for their used oil?
No. Our US service uses a straightforward $99 standard collection fee rather than an oil rebate or payout model.
What types of oil do you accept?
We collect eligible used lubricating oils, including motor oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and other approved oil types. Additional waste streams are subject to service availability and acceptance requirements.
How do I pay for a collection?
Payment is managed through the Oil Recycling app using the payment methods available at checkout.
Can I manage multiple business locations?
Yes. Businesses with multiple service locations can manage collection requests and records through their account.
Will I receive collection documentation?
Digital service and collection records are available through the app. Any additional legally required waste tracking documentation will be provided as applicable to the waste stream and collection.
How often can I schedule collections?
Collections can be requested as needed, subject to local service availability. Recurring arrangements can also be discussed for businesses generating consistent volumes.
